Abby Kushner is a Realtor® in Southeastern Michigan known for combining strong market knowledge with a calm, thoughtful approach to helping clients navigate major life transitions. With six years of real estate experience and more than twenty years as a clinical social worker, Abby brings a unique blend of strategy, empathy, and professionalism to every transaction.
 
Abby works with buyers and sellers at all stages of life, taking the time to truly understand each client’s goals, concerns, and circumstances. By meeting clients where they are—both practically and emotionally—she creates personalized plans that bring clarity to the process and confidence to every decision.
 
In addition to traditional residential real estate, Abby has developed specialized expertise in more complex situations. As an Estate Solutions Specialist, she works closely with Trust and Probate attorneys, Trustees, and Personal Representatives to guide families through the sale of estate and trust-owned property with care, organization, and clear documentation. She also holds the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) designation, allowing her to provide neutral, structured real estate guidance in divorce-related transactions where clarity and fairness are essential.
 
Abby’s clients value her ability to manage both the logistical and emotional aspects of real estate, helping what can feel like an overwhelming process become more manageable and grounded. Her work is guided by a simple philosophy: it’s more than real estate—it’s relationships.
 
Outside of real estate, Abby is a committed supporter of organizations including the Friendship Circle, Soul Center, the United Negro College Fund, and The Humane Society. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring nature, music and art, laughing often, and appreciating great food—especially when someone else is cooking.
