Abby did an outstanding job of guiding us through the entire process of selling our home, from the research she did regarding the best listing price to negotiating between us and the buyers. She was always available to answer questions, and she facilitated the work that was needed as a result of the buyers' inspection. Her special skill is being a calming presence during stressful situations. She is professional, knowledgeable and very kind.

Abby was a referral from my friend's lawyer. She has an incredible upbeat and bubbly personality. It's obvious that Abby not only loves her job but cares for her clients. This was my first time selling a home and Abby was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me from a legal standpoint and helped me make significant decisions. Also, Abby was able to remove a few pieces of furniture on the property that no one wanted, she cut the grass with her lawn mower before the closing, and she responded to my text messages immediately.
